These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of this website (the “Site”) and every purchase you make from Commander Bed (“we”, “us” or “our”). Commander Bed is the trading name of Abdelkarim Jaatit Jaatit, a sole trader registered in Spain; our full legal details are in the Legal Notice. By using the Site or placing an order you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. By ordering you confirm that the information you give us is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method.

Products and pricing

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We do our best to keep descriptions, images and prices accurate; if we discover an error in an order you have placed, we will contact you before shipping and you may cancel for a full refund. Product images are illustrative and colors can vary slightly between screens and fabrics.

Orders and payment

An order is accepted when we send the shipping confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example when an item is unavailable, a price was listed incorrectly or fraud is suspected; any amount already charged is refunded. Payments are processed by our payment provider, WooPayments (Stripe), which handles your card details in its own secure system; we never see or store your full card number. Cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay are accepted; the amount is charged when the order is placed.

Bundles and free extras

Bundle prices and free extras apply while your cart meets the bundle conditions. Free extras have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money and are refunded only together with the bed they came with, as described in our Refund Policy.

Delivery times and costs are described in our Shipping Policy, and returns in our Refund Policy. Both form part of these Terms.

Your rights as a consumer

Nothing in these Terms limits the rights you have under the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence. If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom you have, in addition to our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee, a right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason, and a legal guarantee of conformity for the goods. How to exercise them is explained in our Refund Policy.

Product use and safety

Commander Bed products must be assembled by an adult following the instructions supplied. Keep packaging away from children, use the bed on a flat floor and supervise young children while they play. The bed is not a toy for climbing or jumping.

Intellectual property

Commander Bed™, our logo, product designs, images and the text on this Site belong to us or our licensors and are protected by trademark and copyright law. You may not copy, reproduce or use them without our written permission.

Prohibited uses

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its security or operation, to place fraudulent orders or to scrape or copy its content.

Warranty and liability

Apart from the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee and the legal guarantees that apply in your country, products are provided as described without other warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to the Site or a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any dispute will be handled by the courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, unless the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence gives you the right to another law or forum, in which case that law and forum apply.
