Refund Policy

Every Commander Bed comes with our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If your little commander is not thrilled, you can return the bed within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

What can be returned

The bed must be unused, clean and in its original packaging with all parts and covers. Free extras that came with your order (pillow set, mystery box, protection add-ons) should be sent back together with the bed. Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date shown on your tracking.

How to start a return

Email support@commanderbedshop.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We reply within one business day with a return authorization and the return address. Please do not ship anything before receiving it.

Return shipping

Return shipping is paid by the customer, except when the item arrived damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, in which case we send a prepaid label or arrange a pick-up. Pack the bed carefully; we recommend a tracked service.

Refunds

Once the return arrives and is checked, we refund the full amount you paid to the original payment method within 14 days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it. Free extras have no cash value and are not refunded separately.

Right of withdrawal (European Union and United Kingdom)

If you live in the EU or the UK, the law also gives you the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the day you (or someone you nominate) receive the goods, without giving a reason. To exercise it, tell us clearly by email to support@commanderbedshop.com before the 14 days end; you may use this wording: “I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract of sale of the following goods: , ordered on [date] and received on [date]. Name, address, date.” Send the goods back within 14 days of that notice. We refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the goods back (or proof that you sent them), using the original payment method. You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods and for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to inspect them.

Legal guarantee

Independently of the guarantee above, the goods are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity that applies in your country (in the European Union at least two years, in Spain three years from delivery). If a product is defective or not as described, contact us and we will repair or replace it, or refund you where the law provides.

Damaged or wrong items

If your bed arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, send us a few photos within 7 days of delivery. We will send a replacement or refund you in full, at your choice, and we take care of the return.
